Fully Automatic Crossbows

You are not the only knight bound to a glorious purpose here. Whether bound in flak or in steel, and wherever you’ve been stranded across the continuum of time, you will find others who have just as strong a commitment to their quest as you have.

The question is : who among you boasts the higher valour?

Fully Automatic Crossbows is inspired by two movies of the 2010s: Robin Hood (2018) and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017). Both attempted to adapt chivalric romances into cinematic universes inspired by superhero movies of the era. These attempts were financial failures, but are of particular interest for their adaptational choices, especially in how they borrow from Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy.

This playset will try to recapture the essence of the stillborn franchises and their anachronistic character.
